This course begins by explaining the various data and software components which comprise a DB2 sub-system, and then gives detailed information on those operator tasks required to stop, start, restart and monitor the sub-system and those processes connected to the sub-system.
 
 A variety of DB2 utilities and operator commands are discussed, giving students the required knowledge to identify and solve day-to-day operational problems as they occur.
